At VAVAVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience with us.
1. Change of mind?
- If you change your mind due to wrong size, don't like the color or you no longer want it we offer exchanges and store credits within 15 days of the delivery date.
-Until the returned item(s) reach our facility, they remain your responsibility and property.
-If the item fails to meet our Return Conditions, it will not be accepted
2. Return Period:
-Our return period lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
3. Return Instructions:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Please also add your order number and any other relevant information when applying for the return via email.
- Please ensure that the clothing items are unworn, unwashed, tags on and in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items are not in their original condition.

a. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect the product(s) to verify their eligibility for the return.

b. For size exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
6. Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Clothing items that have been altered, customized, or washed.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.
-Any fake tan, stains or makeup up marks will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged or defective clothing item, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or store credit as per your preference.
